Project reacts at the growth of the number of shopping malls in the last decades which had found their boundaries of usage. More than 71% of the Czech people are after Coronavirus pandemic using online shopping and the shopping malls are getting abandoned, even some of them which are in the centre of the cities. It´s also connected with the plenty of the shopping centres which fight for having more customers.. The new function for these objets is connected with the basic requirement of the people in need which often needs to live in the city centres if to survive succesfully. The other positive of this concept is easy-avaiable reconstruction of the shoping malls which is much cheaper than building new centers for socialy vulnerable people.
