The Kinetic Food project: A two-model food truck system in the Czech Republic reducing food waste and promoting affordable, nourishing meals.
Impact
Food Waste Reduction: Estimated annual amount of food saved from being wasted: 972,445 tons/year, Assumption: Each of the 300 mobile food trucks, grocery stores, and restaurants rescues and utilizes 3 tons of food per week.
