Architecture never dies, even if it remains unused for years. The goal of the project is to develop a universal and applicable design-brief for the reconstruction of abandoned factories, giving them a second breath. Fast, simple and reliable construction inside the existing building, which would preserve the existing structure, use its features and give a new purpose to the factory – the goal of the idea.
