This project aims to use modular design to build a temporary housing complex, providing adaptability of volume to serve the whole Czech Republic. It offers relatively cheap temporary housing for people with high housing demand and mobility, such as exchange students, new immigrants, and newlywed couples, while also serving as a transit hub for their future plans. When the demand for housing from citizens increases, the number of housing units can be increased on top of this temporary building, and when the building is no longer needed, the entire structure can be moved to other areas where housing is needed. The temporary modular complex provides not only housing but also daily necessities for residents and neighbors, such as shops, restaurants, co-working spaces, sports facilities, libraries, and so on. Even if the building is located far from the city center, it will not cause inconvenience to daily life. At the same time, it can revitalize the area and become the center of life in the community.
