SDCC Turtles in Time sold to me as new, although I’ve never opened them myself I can’t say if the previous owner did or not. There appears to be tie wires on the figures that look sort of inconsistent. I also don’t know what type of tape was used for the original seal on the sides so I can’t say for sure whether that tape is original or not. More pictures available upon request.
